This site does not use advertising trackers or sell data. Basic, anonymized analytics may be collected to understand site usage (page views, general region). No account is created and no personal information is gathered by simply browsing.
Contact form and email
Information you submit through the contact form (name, email, phone and your message) is delivered directly to me, Lauren Medina, and is used only to respond to your inquiry. It is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing. Please note that standard email is not a fully secure medium. Share only what you are comfortable sharing before a formal therapy relationship begins.
Client records
Clinical records for active clients are maintained separately in HIPAA-compliant systems and are governed by the Notice of Privacy Practices you receive at intake, not by this website policy.
